Facebook login allows your clients to quickly and easily book a new appointment through your booking system! With the Facebook integration, your customers can choose to log in with a single click using their Facebook account, or if they prefer, they can log in with their username and password via client login as they normally do.

With the Facebook app, your clients can safely and easily log into your online booking system without the need for two-factor authentication. Your clients only provide information about their email address and an optional profile picture to the system. And even better: Facebook receives no information about the customers!

Activate the Facebook integration

You can find the Facebook integration in our App library. To activate the Facebook app, you must first have activated client login, which you can do under Settings > Online Booking > Client login. Then you are welcome to activate the Facebook integration!

How does it look in your online booking system now?

Your customers will be able to use Facebook login in your online booking system when making an appointment. Furthermore, they can sign up for an event, or simply view and manage their orders. Below is how it looks in your client login. Your client can then choose to log in with a phone number or Facebook. So flexible!

Security with Facebook App and login

Security and privacy are our highest priorities. Furthermore, the integration allows the system to retrieve customers' email addresses and profile pictures. However, it is important to know that we do not transfer any information about your customers to Facebook. We value your and your customers' privacy and ensure that all personal information is processed securely. And of course in accordance with applicable laws and our own guidelines for privacy. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about privacy; we are here to offer information and security.
