How to Set Up Automatic Reports and Generate Employee Reports

This is a guide on how to automate recurring reports and how to generate specific reports related to employee activity.

Section 1: Set Up Automatic Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

You can receive recurring reports automatically via email. Reports are sent out overnight and include data up to the preceding day.

  • Select Frequency: Use the dropdown menus under Send daily reports, Weekly reports, and Monthly reports to choose when you wish to receive the summary.

  • Add Recipient(s): Go to the Recipient(s) field (top right).

  • Add Email Addresses: Click Add new email and enter the addresses the reports should be sent to.

  • Remember to click Save Settings when you are finished.


Section 2: Generate Employee Reports (Specific Periods)

This function allows you to view details about the activity of one or more employees within a specific time frame.

  • Select Employees: Find the Select Employees box (bottom left) and mark who the report should apply to.

  • Select Time Frame: Enter the start and end dates in the From and To fields.

  • Generate Report: Click Create Reports to generate the report.

The report includes, among other things, payments, credit notes, and invoices, thereby providing a total overview of financial transactions and activity related to the employee. This makes it easy to follow up and control accounting and settlements.
