You can create groups from clients you have added to the program. These groups can then be assigned services and billed. It is also possible to create a dedicated group journal note.

Use Cases:

Couples/group therapy or treatment, group meetings with a consistent set of clients.


Activating the App:

To activate the app, go to Apps in the program. Under the Clients category in the left column, you will find Client Groups.

Click Activate, and Client Groups will be available for you.


How to Create and Manage a Client Group:

Once the Client Groups app is activated, a new button will appear under the Clients tab in the program.

By clicking on Groups, you will have the option to create a new group by selecting "Add New Group".

In this section, you can also:

  1. Edit an existing group.

  2. Write a group journal.


How Are Invoices Handled for Groups?

Invoices are created per client, and each client is billed the same amount. Invoices are not shared. If a client should not receive an invoice, they can be excluded before group invoices are created by clicking the edit icon, as shown in the image below.


How Are Invoice Drafts Handled for Groups?

When you save a group invoice as a draft, an invoice draft is automatically created for each individual client. These then function the same way as regular invoice drafts per client.


Can Email and SMS Notifications Be Sent to Group Members?

Yes, the emails and SMS messages you have configured will be sent to all group members who have an email or phone number registered in their profile.


Do group appointments work with online booking?

Group appointments are not currently available in Online Booking, but there are plans in the long term to integrate the app with online booking.
