Helfo is a key player in the Norwegian healthcare system, responsible for reimbursement schemes and direct settlement between healthcare providers and the public sector. For healthcare professionals who have an agreement with the municipality or other public bodies, it is essential to use the Helfo Oppgjør app to manage settlements, receive payments through the reimbursement scheme and handle patients' exemption cards. With Helfo, you can easily send and receive settlements. You can charge through the reimbursement scheme and add automatic tariffs to services, making invoicing faster and more efficient.
ATTENTION!
Use of the Helfo app requires that you have an agreement with the municipality or another public body.
Please note that Helfo only applies to reimbursement schemes in Norway. If you experience problems with setting up or sending settlements, please contact us at support by chat down in the lower right corner.
NB!
You cannot send settlement claims until Electronic Messages (Norsk Helsenett) has been set up. See the article for Norsk Helsenett if you do not already have this.
